About the Role
Looking to lead a quality team of veterinary professionals in a busy successful practice in Portland, OR? Look no further than Sorrento Animal Hospital! We're looking for an experienced Hospital Manager to join our team. Our caring knowledgeable doctors and staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality veterinary care and customer service. Applicants can look forward to joining a well established practice that has been in the community for years with an exciting future of expansion growth and innovative advancements.
The right candidate will also share our commitment to provide exceptional client service and excellent veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. The Hospital Manager’s role in collaboration with the Regional Manager is to maximize the productivity profitability and growth of the practice while supporting an environment that fosters leadership and development of the entire team.
Responsibilities of the Hospital Manager include but are not limited to:
- Operational oversight of our hospital including leadership team of technicians and receptionists
- Managing financial and business development of the practice including managing a budget and key performance indicators
- Overseeing client care & ensure client loyalty by demonstrating exceptional client service.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner
- Excellent interpersonal communication conflict resolution presentation skills
- Experience with daily management of revenues inventory and payroll
